Mud Vacuum System
- An electric 60-amp 35-barrel round sealed container with two suction valves and four discharge valves
- Designed for the cleanup and suction of water and OBM fluids in and around the rig
- Suction: two 3-in. valves; discharge: two 3-inch valves and two 2-in. valves
- Comes with 2-in. and 3-in. suction/discharge hoses for reaching the rig floor and various options on location
Electric/Diesel Pre-mix Mud Tanks
- ASTM A 36¼-in. half-round walls
- Oilfield skid-mounted with 4-in. pipe nose bar
- Fully enclosed top deck with foldable handrails
- Primary and backup pump package: Two MCM 250 series 8 x 6 x 14 pumps with hard iron fluid end, includes 11-in. impeller
- Pump suction from tank: 5 in. piped from low point at rear of tank down passenger side to 8 x 6 x 14 centrifugal pump located on pump/mixer platform
- Pump suction from other source: 4-in. suction lines, passenger and driver sides, both with butterfly valves and steel plug
- 4- and 5-in. passenger side discharge points located mid-operator’s platform, both with butterfly valves and threaded plugs
- 4-in. front fill line with 4-in. butterfly valve
- Rear overflow canal at 350-bbl volume with intermediate floor supports
- 4-in. low point rear drain with butterfly valve and plug
- Internal ladder with depth gauge at 50-bbl increments, readable from mezzanine
